Before the branding, Pa Lizard and a bunch of our critters took the 4 wheelers out behind the Ranch. We took them to what we called "the canyon" when we were kids. It's not much of a canyon, but it was the biggest canyon we had around there in the desert. It was a beautiful day. All the critters go sunburned. It felt good to walk around in the sage brush and smell the smells of the desert. The kids had a great time looking for Indian arrow heads and exploring. Bee found a part of an arrow head made out of some shiny black obsidian.

There were a couple of good big rocks to climb on. You can see the Lake from here and for miles and miles in 3 directions.
