Family

Bass was baptized on Saturday, February 6, 2010 by Tortoise.  It was a really nice baptism.  We were sad that Hunter couldn't be with us on Saturday because of work.  We had a good time at the Fish Family's Pond celebrating Bass and Bull Trout's birthdays which are 6 days shy of 4 years apart.  We got in on some of the Birthday Party Saturday afternoon, went to the baptism, then back to the Fish Family Pond for dinner.

Of course most of these critters are ours, but Hunter's sister was there with her 5 kids whom we haven't seen in a few years, so that was fun.

Hunter is working midnight to 8:00 a.m. this week and it really stinks!!  He is having a hard time getting enough sleep.  He is doing a 7 day well test and 3 guys are splitting 3 shifts each day.  He just got stuck with the night shift.  Oh well, we are very thankful that he has a job.  So he gets home at 9:00 a.m. and sleeps for as long as Lemur will let him (yesterday I had put Lemur down for a nap, went to check on him a while later and he wasn't in his bed.  I went downstairs and found Hunter and Lemur snuggled up together in Steelhead's bed, it was very cute.  Anyway, after Hunter gets a few hours of sleep, he has been doing some projects around the house.  Yesterday it was some spring clean up!  I looked out the window and saw Lemur headed out to see what Hunter was up to.... in Hunters big snow packs.  They went all the way up to his hips, making it super hard for him to walk. 

It was so hillarious watching him walk.  He had to throw his leg out in front of him and angle the boot just right so it wouldn't get caught on the other boot.  It was just so dang funny... maybe you had to be there, but it still makes me laugh just thinking about it.
